New Event: Flower Power Event Guide

New Event: Flower Power Event Guide
by Zynga Support.

Author's Note: Due to an intense Finals schedule for the next two weeks I won't be able to immediately create a guide/walk-through of my own. If I can find the time and not jeopardize my studying I'll do my best to put up tips and hints to help you out. Thank you so much for your patience and wish me luck. It's going to be a tough end of the semester. Good luck to you all as well!

Hail Adventurers!

The Flower Power event is a Leaderboard event which is broken up in 2 consecutive Chapters with 4 quests each, these quests will be timed and you'll need to wait until the next quest unlocks before you progress. Each chapter comes with one side quest. For the next two weeks you will need to collect Daffodils to fill your Leaderboard.

Tanya has just received a return letter from her mother, Sonja the Pirate Queen! Her enthusiasm for gathering booty is re-invigorated, and she wants to build up a special care package that she can send her mother.

If you are level 19 or higher, you will see the following pop-up. Hit the “Let’s Go!” button to begin.

Bluebelle’s mother is missing with the rest of the flower fairies, but she wants to do something to remind her of her mother, too! Even for a flower fairy, Bluebelle’s mother was exceptionally fond of flowers. Bluebelle wants to cover the kingdom with flowers in tribute to her mother.

Tanya and Bluebelle, Temporary Heroes:
If you are below level 35 (Tanya) and/or below level 21 (Bluebelle), you will be able to hire them as temporary heroes (Staying for 7 days), you will need Silvery Gloves and Wildflowers to hire them.

Temporary Buildings and items for the Flower Power event:
The event center is going to show as a greenhouse

Small Flower Pots will need Tiny Seedlings (Drop from tending Seed Starters)
Large Flower Pots will need Enriched Soil (Made in the Flower Workshop)
Decorative Flower Pots will need Perfect Spring Blooms (Drop from tending Large Flower Pots)

Flower Power Quests:
Complete each chapter to earn awesome rewards and unlock the ultimate reward! Each chapter will unlock over time. To see the current chapter, click on the Progress Bar at the bottom of the screen. The first tab of the Event Center shows all the chapters required to complete the event. Quest chapters have a number of quests to complete. You can see more details on a quest by clicking the Continue (if you have started the quest) or Accept (if you have not started the quest) button.

Your Progress Bar at the bottom of your game  will fill up for each task you complete.

From the Overall Progress tab of the Event Center, click on the “Quests” button to access those particular quests (see image below)

Each chapter starts with the first quest unlocked. As you complete each quest more will unlock. In addition, there is one collection for week one.

Collection Event Tasks: Collection tasks are back as part of this event. There is only one collection for this event in the first week. You can use the Collection Tab to view the collection. You can also go directly to the collection by clicking the “View Collection” button while on the Overall Progress (first) tab of the Event Center.

Repeatable Quests: All quests in this event are repeatable quests. When you complete a quest you will be able to start it over again. This is the most efficient way to earn more Daffodils and other great rewards.

Search the Shipwreck: In this event you will be searching the Shipwreck, helping Tanja looking for Gems to send to her mother. In order to search the shipwreck you must collect the proper materials for the search. Once you have them, click the “Search the Shipwreck” button. (See image below). Collection items are needed for crafting in week 2.

When you start to search the shipwreck a screen with a shipwreck will appear. Click on the wreck three times to see what you find:

In the quests you may be asked to search the shipwreck a certain amount of times, find certain objects or find all of the objects for the collection. The collection has 3 unique items and a “Jackpot Bonus.” Even if you have completed the collection, searching the shipwreck always lends a reward so do it as much as possible.
