Zynga's Missing Player to Player Support

The mysterious vanishing act
If you've recently visited Zynga's Player to Player support forums to voice a complaint or check up on a question; you'll notice something curious. It's not there. Since yesterday, the Player support section of CastleVille Legend's site has been taken down. The reason for this strange disappearance is still unknown.

Update May 31, 2014 - The Player Support was silently relocated. Read more at the CastleVille Support was Silently Relocated article.

Instead of the Q&A forums you are directed to their guides.
The section where a player connects via Facebook and then can type a question or help answer another player's question is completely gone. In the picture above, I've circled where the 'Help Center' link is now a light grey text phrase instead of an active hyperlink. Strange!

The Help Center is not there at the moment.
So Where did they Go
If you've bookmarked the actual Help Center and go to the direct link then the above page will show up. Now this can mean a couple of things to the players. Possibly the Zynga crew is fixing up the Q&A section with revamps or tidying it up. Perhaps the website developer accidentally committed a mistake(which caused it to disappear) while coding in something to the website. Zynga actually became tired of putting in resources to maintaining that portion of the website. I'm sure there are several other explainations as well.

Whether Zynga dismantled that section of the site or is performing updates upon it is something we can only sit and wait to find out. Does it affect us as players? Not in the slightest. There are several options to contact Zynga in regards to our problems or questions ingame.

Other methods of contact:

Check my CastleVille Legends FAQ page for phone numbers to call for billing issues.

Zynga customer service can also be found on Twitter. Tweet a question to @ZyngaSupport

The Player support forums is only one section to list a complaint, suggestion, or a bug. You can also post over at the Zynga Mobile Forum.

There is always the good old fashioned method of sending an Email as well. Don't forget that if you are sending an email to include your Player ID, Game Version #, Name of Mobile Device and Model, and a screenshot of your issue if possible. This will ensure you receive a proper response.

Keeping Tabs
If you're a twitterer fell free to follow me!
As it is I've already sent in a tweet to the Zynga support site. Hopefully I can update with an answer to the vanished player support site soon.

Happy Playing Monarchs,
-Masaya
