In a surprising move Zynga decided to adjust the drop rates for the River Frog Oil as well as adjust the requirements for the Frog Oil Pants and Frog Oil Souffle.
It's a wonderful move for those that have been struggling to get River Frog Oil. Unfortunately, it comes a little too late for those that were able to complete(whilst knocking our heads against walls) that phase of the quest-line.

It's a wonderful move for those that have been struggling to get River Frog Oil. Unfortunately, it comes a little too late for those that were able to complete(whilst knocking our heads against walls) that phase of the quest-line.
Personally I am happy for the players that are now able to complete Phase Two without spending days and nights on it as I did. At the same time I also feel it's unfair. Either way, I do hope everyone gets their Sheep pasture and Merhouse hero.
