Greetings adventurers! For a limited time (7 days) Zynga has released Thunderhoof the Hero for free. As a sort of apology for the 250 crowns fiasco(look at below's photo for more details) that occurred with the Rafael courtship event.

This majestic unicorn is being given as a sort of  'we messed up and are very sorry' gift. Although for some reason the Zynga team is attempting to pass this off as Rafael's mistake. Leave him alone, Zynga. The poor guy has an engagement to plan and shoulder!
The crown fiasco was a bad PR move by Zynga and they know it.
You can find Thunderhoof in the section where players purchase Heroes for pearls.
Free is good.
If by chance you have already purchased Thunderhoof then there is a form for players to fill out to receive a modest amount of crowns and pearls to accommodate your situation. Please keep in mind that the goods will be delivered in a timely fashion. Players are reporting a week's worth of wait time for their package to arrive in-game.

    Has anyone who filled out the form (for those of us who already owned Thunderhoof) actually gotten anything? I'm sure the 250 crowns is too much to hope for, but at least getting back the pearls that we spent to buy Thunderhoof would be nice. I, for one, have not seen anything as a result of filling out that form, though.

      Hi Michelle, from what I recall you'll get back some pearls and crowns. if you've filled out the form within the time allocated to get him and still haven't gotten your package from Customer service I'm afraid you'll have to send an email to inform them. Their customer service page is at: https://support.zynga.com/home/castleville-legends .
