Spoiler Guide: Friend or Foe - Chapter Two: Part 1 & 2
Hail Adventurers,
the Butterfly Oracle is now safe and sound thanks to a timely intervention on our part. Magnus was able to ask the seer how to cleanse the gloom and at long last we are given an answer. However this knowledge comes with a price. It seems that Giovanni has been affected by the unstable gloom. Will we be able to help cure him and our kingdom before the gloom takes us all?

Author Note: This latest event should start rolling out on October 6th depending on time zone. This is also a spoiler guide with details. I'll also be putting up a non-spoiler overview as soon as possible for those that prefer not knowing details. Good luck all!
Chapter Two Introduction:
Giovanni is feeling less than stellar due to being exposed to the murky fog for far too long. As a result, the unstable gloom is causing a drift between our heroes. Can they overcome their differences to find the mysterious clue hidden within the walls of the Friendship Arena? Let's find out...
The Friend or Foe? Final Reward:
Our reward for finishing the entire event is an adorable white and black bunny that gives a stick of butter once fed with carrots. Not only that but we'll also get some minor prizes along the way like experience, a silver henge, and a golden lock. What? You want more? Okay, okay! How about a Bakery boost as well as 40 crowns! Not too bad right?

Crafting 4 Stardust Potions:
At the Alchemist -
Total:
4 Stardust - Explore Fairy Falls or Well of Wishes.
4 Fairy Vials - Harvest from Bluebelle's home.
Crafting 9 Camping Tents:
At the Weaver -
Total:
81 Wool - Harvest from your sheep pasture..
45 Logs - Harvest from the Lumber Yard or chop trees.
Visiting the Friendship Arena:
Important Note:
We are going to be visiting the Friendship Arena several times in this event. At a certain part in the second chapter we will also be tasked to find a special item that can be found only in the Friendship Arena. Thanks to fellow Royals we now know that we can wait a bit to complete quest tasks that are identical to save time and resources.
So you have a choice on your hands fellow Royals. You can wait until Chapter Two - Friendship is... Technology? Part 3 of 4 to begin all of your Friendship Arena visits or simply get them done as they come up in your quest event log.
If you decide to wait, once Chapter Two - Friendship is... Technology? Part 3 of 4 begins, then send off Meryl, Giovanni, Magnus and Rafael to the Friendship Arena three times to complete all of the requirements that are needed.
However, if you wish to continue as the quest dictates then you will need to visit three times with any four heroes. In which case you will need ---
Total for 3 Friendship Arena Visits:
3 Camping Tents - crafted at the Weaver with 27 Wool and 15 Logs.
3 Plain Gloves - crafted at the Tailor with 12 Wool.
3 Plain Bandages - crafted at the Weaver with 9 Wool.

If you saved your 3 extra brass gears from when you crafted the toy fairies then you need --
5 Brass Gears - Harvest from Giovanni's House = 10 brass ingots
8 Wool - Harvest from the sheep pasture.
or
If you accidentally lost your brass gears then you will need --
8 Brass Gears - Harvest from Giovanni's House = 16 brass ingots
8 Wool - Harvest from the sheep pasture.
Crafting 9 Dragon Scale Necklaces:
At the Jeweler -'

9 Iridescent Scale - Tend the Fireworks crates. Don't forget to check Glurb as he sometimes gives iridescent scales as well. You can also find the scales at Friendship Arena.***
*** Note: Just in case you are waiting for Chapter Two: Part 3 of 4 to find the gloom recipe and/or to complete the rest of your Friendship Arena exploration requirements. You might want to hold on hunting the Friendship Arena for scales until that part comes up.
9 Silver Wire - Found at Dragon's Clutch with Bluebelle for best chance. Don't forget to check Glurb as he sometimes gives silver wire as well.
Crafting 8 Trail Blazing Bars:

40 Oats - Harvest the Oats field
64 Chili Peppers - Harvest the Volcanic Pepper plant field.
40 Fiery Pollen - Harvest the Fireblossoms field.
