Band-Aid Fix for Wizard's Apprentice 4 of 4
Kings and Queens,
there is now a 'band-aid' to click if you are encountering problems with the quest requirement for Wizard's Apprentice 4 of 4(the land expansion part). If you are having trouble you will need to visit the Player Support page and then click on the 'fix it, Zynga' band-aid.
What this will do is alert them to how many players have the problem and place you on a list of affected players. Depending on how many are affected by the bug they will either issue a hotfix or fix your game according to placement(first come, first serve) on the list.

PC users:

Make sure you are logged into your Facebook account associated with the CVL game you are playing when you visit. Mobile users:
Are you visiting from your mobile device? For mobile it's a little different. First you must go to zyngaplayersupport.com. Then choose the "CastleVille Legends" link. From there click on "Known Issues", then click on "View Article". Then click the Vote button that should be on this page: https://zyngaplayersupport.com/mobile/#/articles/castleville-legends/knownissues#@2
Afterwards, give the Support team at least a week to fix the problem. They usually have it resolved within that time frame.
