Zapping the Gloom

Kings and Queens,

in the last event we helped our Heroes to create a machine capable of dispersing the unstable gloom. Not only is our kingdom still in peril but also our Heroes. It seems the inner quibbling is due to everyone becoming infected with the Gloom sickness. Will we be able to disperse the gloom and save our kingdom?

Note:  This event should be open to players Level 25 or higher. As always, please keep in mind that anything can change according to the CVL team's whimsy. Good luck all!

If you complete all of Chapter 1 then you will get two Jewelry workshop boosts. If you complete both Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 the legendary Pink Jackalope is yours. Feed it 6 carrots and she'll give you a golden opal necklace. As a bonus you will also get 40 crowns.

This should start rolling out on November 6th around 10 pm UK time.

Collecting 8 Enchanted Nectars:  

• 8 Enchanted Nectar - Harvest the Butterfly Bush to collect. These can also be bought/traded.

Note: Save the Enchanted Nectars. You will need them for crafting Lucky Clover potions in Geometry of Shadows 4 of 4.

Crafting 9 Purple Spangle Elixirs: 
At the Apocathery:

• 36 Lavender Buds - Water Lavender to get buds. 
• 27 Purple Spangle Leaves - Harvest from Purple Spangle Herb to get the leaves.
• 9 Dragonwing Potions = 18 Dragonwing Pods and 9 Fairy Vials crafted at the Alchemist

Time: 10 minutes each

Collect 1 Mandrake Roots: 

Note: Collect only 1 Mandrake Root. Wait until Chapter Two: Part 4 of 4 to collect the remaining 2 mandrake roots so it will count for both this quest and the latter.

• 1 Mandrake Roots - Found at Swamp Totem. Send off Bayoo and Indigo or Indigo and Buttercup(Thanks Royal Fabio!). As always these are only suggestions. Feel free to experiment!. Use Fast Foot spells to lessen the exploration time. Don't forget these can be bought/traded. Glurb and the Wheel of Wishes may have mandrake roots as well.

Crafting 10 Spellbound Bandages: 
At the Weaver -

• 10 Spellbound Orchid (7 if you kept your Orchids from the first quest) Spellbound Orchids can be bought or traded. If this isn't an option send off Cloudmist or Indigo to Flower Tower with other Heroes for a 100% green circle around the orchid. Don't forget Glurb and the Wheel of Wishes may have orchids as well.
• 10 Plain Bandages made at the Weaver with 30 Wool

Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes each

Crafting 7 Lucky Clover Potions: 
At the Alchemist -

• 7 Jade Clover - Lucky Clovers can be bought or traded. If this isn't an option send off Leif and Bayoo to the Gateway of Luck for a chance at the lucky clover. Don't forget Glurb and the Wheel of Wishes may have clovers as well.
• 7 Fairy Vial - Visit Bluebelle's house to get fairy vials.
• 7 Enchanted Nectar - Harvest the Butterfly Bush to collect. These can also be bought/traded.

Time: 45 minutes each.

Crafting 8 Copper Gauntlets: 
At the Woodshop -

• 16 Copper Ore - Harvest from the Copper Mine. 
• 16 Plain Gloves = 64 Wool

Time: 20 minutes each
