in the last event we helped our Heroes to create a machine capable of dispersing the unstable gloom. Not only is our kingdom still in peril but also our Heroes. It seems the inner quibbling is due to everyone becoming infected with the Gloom sickness. Will we be able to disperse the gloom and save our kingdom?

Note: This event should be open to players Level 27 or higher. As always, please keep in mind that anything can change according to the CVL team's whimsy. Good luck all!

Chapter Two:

Note: This should start rolling out on November 13th around 10AM UK time.
Crafting 10 Enchanted Shields:
At the Woodshop/Jeweler:
10 Wooden Shields = 100 Logs. Get logs from trees or the lumber yard. Rafael can also bring back logs from exploration.
10 Stardust = If buying/trading from Alliance/Global Market is not an option for stardust you can explore the Well of Wishes with Yvette and Bayoo or explore Fairy Falls with Tanya plus any 2 Heroes of your choice. Don't forget to check if Glurb or the Wheel of Wishes has any Stardust to offer. If you happen to have the first teal jackalope it will give you a stardust when fed a caroot.
Time: 30 minutes per Enchanted Shield
Crafting 8 Copper Shades:
At the Gadget Shoppe:
16 Copper Ore - Gather from the Copper Mine. If you won/bought lion statue, pagoda, scarecrow don't forget to use these for extra ore.
8 Opals - These can be harvested from Yvette's home. Opals can also be found at the Well of Wishes using Yvette and another hero or if you happen to have won Moonwhiskers(expired event) he'll find opals at the Watchtower.
Time: 5 minutes each
Exploring Mount Cinder 6x's with Giovanni, Meryl, and Magnus:
This specific quest requires all the Hero slots to be occupied specifically by Giovanni, Meryl and Magnus This was done so that Royals wouldn't combine exploration trips from Chapter 1 with this one. :<
Materials needed:
6 Reinforced Gloves - 18 Plain Gloves or 72 Wool
6 Brass Ingots - Harvest from Giovanni's home
6 Honey Bandages - 6 Plain Bandages made at the Weaver which is 18 Wool and 12 Honey.
Time: 3 hours for each exploration trip.

Crafting 2 Ember Cleansers:
Note: If you waited to craft your Ember Cleansers from Chapter One: Geometry of Shadows 1 of 4 this is where to craft the remaining 2 Ember Cleansers.
Workshop boosts: Sometimes they work and a good portion of the time they do not. What works for one player often turns out to not work for another. If you decide to try a workshop boost please be aware it may not count toward the quest requirement.
At the Gadget Shoppe:
10 Basilisk Tears - Give water to the Basilisk to harvest his tears. :<
12 Mystical Orbs - Send off Giovanni, Meryl, Bluebelle or Giovanni with 2 other Heroes to Mount Cinder for a possible drop.
Time: 6 hours each
Collecting 2 Mandrake Roots:
Note: If you waited to collect your mandrake roots from Chapter One: Geometry of Shadows 3 of 4 this is where to collect the remaining 2 needed mandrakes.
Found at Swamp Totem. Send off Bayoo and Indigo or Indigo and Buttercup(Thanks Royal Fabio!). As always these are only suggestions. Feel free to experiment!. Use Fast Foot spells to lessen the exploration time. Don't forget these can be bought/traded. Glurb and the Wheel of Wishes may have mandrake roots as well.
Time: 12 hours
Crafting 4 Dragonwing Torches:
At the Woodshop:
4 Plain Torches - 4 Logs. Get logs from trees or the lumber yard. Rafael can also bring back logs from exploration. Don't forget to collect from your torch bunny.
8 Dragonwing Pods - Water Dragonwing Flowers to collect the pods.
Time: 3 minutes each
