I was surprised to see that(yet again) Yvette was brought back into the FV2CE mobile game. When Zynga had asked if CastleVille Legends players were still interested in our beloved game I imagine this is what they ultimately had in mind.
I'm honestly in a bittersweet mood about it. If Zynga can randomly bring back Yvette(and at one time they did so for Rafael as well) then why not put the same energy into remaking the CVL franchise? A good majority of the CVL players have made the move to FV2CE to stay together with friends that were made over the CastleVille Legends game that might as well be as close as family. Zynga of course wants to bank on that by casually catering to these CVL players to keep them content.
Not a bad thing to be sure. However, it would be equally nice if Zynga hurried up on making their minds on whether or not to fully bring back CastleVille Legends. To be honest, I'm tired of seeing portions of the CastleVille franchise being chopped up and placed in either FV2CE or their new FarmVille Tropic Escape game. Instead of stringing along players they should revisit what didn't work for CVL then revise it, and re-release the CastleVille series in a better format.
At least that is what I would have done had I the same resources. What do you think about Zynga bringing CastleVille Legends characters into other games?
